Dear PCOS Diet fan!

If you are receiving this, you most certainly are interested in learning as much as you can about PCOS (Polycystic Ovary Syndrome).  And even if PCOS is a new concept for you, I’d still appreciate it if you just read on to see why the update I have below could be a catalyst for many desirable changes in your life, with or without PCOS.

The 21st century “benefits” of progress are triggering hormonal shifts in our bodies that seem able to strike anyone, at any time.

We can’t go on ignoring what’s happening with our hormones because of the far, and I mean far, reaching consequences.

Think unpalatable industrial chemicals in our skin care and home cleaning products, to the estrogen in birth control pills seeping into our food chain and water supply.  Even the fish in our streams are gender confused! Mass produced pharmaceuticals often have side-effects from the caking agents that make them cheaper to produce, but impossible to ingest.

And who is paying the price for all this?

Is it any wonder that our minds and bodies are confused, driving us to spend a fortune on hit and miss medical and psychological assistance?  What kind of diagnosis can we hope for without the actual root causes being taken into consideration?

We are definitely in the middle of an auto-immune hijack, with our systems imploding as the achievement of modern living gives with one hand and takes away with the other.  Idiot-proof solutions have never been more idiotic!

The result is both men and women fighting the knock-on effects of an invisible, misunderstood hormonal plague which manifests in obesity, depression, anxiety, insomnia, infertility, zapped energy levels, skin gone riot, and messed up sleep rhythms, to name a few.

You might have already seen an email about the ground-breaking online video summit being hosted by Jimi Sayo, a UK based Health and Wellness Coach.

What you might not have heard is that a special invitation has been given to me to be a part of this phenomenal and eclectic team of top experts whose collective knowledge is examining this hormonal problem and its solutions, at, literally, grass-roots level.

This unique video summit has been positioned to acknowledge PCOS as one of the top hormonal disruptions that is the daily reality of a previously overlooked but sizable number of the world’s population.  I have always been an ally to the millions of women, and transgendered men, whose mind and body health has been affected by those four deadly letters: PCOS.  I am backing this 100%!

Polycystic Ovary Syndrome affects 1 in 10 women.  6 million in the US alone.  From puberty to menopause.  How can any government ignore statistics like that?

This timely summit is called The PCOS Summit: How To Feel Amazing in Mind and Body, Even If You Have PCOS!

Even if you don’t have PCOS, the chances are you know or are connected to (or affected by) someone that does have this condition.  And PCOS is now known to be genetic and can be passed down via both maternal and paternal genes, in much the same way as Type 2 Diabetes.

The exciting news is that many with PCOS have reversed the effects of this incurable condition in the most natural and fool-proof ways possible.  And many of them are the practitioners in Naturopathy, Nutrition, Functional Medicine, Endocrinology, Personal Training and more, joining me on this panel of Summit experts.

With this opportunity to be forewarned and forearmed by the simple life style adjustments that have been proven to manage the effects of PCOS, I’d hate for you to look back in the future and think, I wish I’d paid more attention to that PCOS Summit!  Many women in their menopause today are green with envy that a summit like this didn’t exist 30 years ago when their doctors were at a loss to provide better information!

And if all your doctor told you at the time of your diagnosis was, go and lose weight, you’ll be excited to know that the experts of this summit appreciate that you need more than this kind of half baked directive.  You need advice, guidance, steps to follow and understanding.  You have questions!  And it will help that almost half of the experts on this Summit have been touched by PCOS.  They haven’t just read it out of a text-book.  They have walked in your shoes!  You’ll even see one or two of them fight back the tears as they recount the early days of their bewilderment about what was happening to their bodies.

Perhaps you’ve wondered what else in your life was PCOS related, and what may be just coincidence?  Well, rule out the speculation as each 45-minute interview covers a broad range of issues: Type 2 Diabetes, gut health, Hashimotos Thyroiditis, the almost taboo subject of Acne Inversa (Hidradenitis Suppurativa), sexual dysfunction, sleep problems, eating disorders, depression and anxiety.

There is far more to PCOS than overweight, hairy women trying to get pregnant!  It can’t even be seen as a gender issue, with women transitioning to men and still having the risks to health of PCOS!  And it is not a fat issue either, since many with PCOS have no weight problems – which means even their doctors may miss the diagnosis, and precious time wasted for a woman trying to conceive.

I am pumped up to think that people watching this summit will discover the ease and affordability of delicious, nourishing food and meal plans, and stop the practice of starving themselves with ineffective diets.  That relationships may be strengthened through information, rather than strained through lack of knowledge.  That parents may be able to spare their teenage daughters from the stigma of being a chubby child in High School.

And it’s all going to be in one place for easy and relaxed viewing by you when you sign up here www.thepcossummit.com/hillaryw *

I’m proud to be part of a summit that promotes body acceptance and self love, and outs disgusting body shaming.

As Jimi quizzes me on my approach to feeling amazing in mind and body in spite of all the hormonal reasons to feel otherwise with PCOS, I share a lot of information on the roll of diet, physical activity and other lifestyle factors in managing PCOS and which supplements may be helpful,
I also talk about the history of PCOS, how the condition came to be from an evolutionary standpoint, and why diet and lifestyle management is the primary treatment for this condition.

And to top it all, I am offering all attendees a free gift of a free downloadable handout on sensible supplementation for women with PCOS!

And I’m not the only expert that will be displaying amazing generosity with a free gift for all attendees of the PCOS Summit.  With over 25 experts offering something for you to take home and enrich your life with, you really don’t have to have PCOS to benefit from the gifts of meal plans, exercise plans, love guides, natural skin care tips, easy exercise plans, and other holistic aides to better living.

If that isn’t making attendance of this summit an absolute must for you and your friends, the generosity of the organiser, Jimi Sayo, to make this summit free to attend must surely cement the deal.

All you need to do to secure your place at this life changing is to register your place at www.thepcossummit.com/hillaryw

The right knowledge has the capacity to uproot negative thoughts, even if you don’t have PCOS!  Imagine the difference the right knowledge makes if you do.

If you are ready to live clean, eat clean, and think clean, with or without PCOS, I invite you, and every one you know to join us at the PCOS summit.

Please join me and my fellow thought ambassadors here.
